Week #12

I created this piece based on the moral "Look Before You Leap".  I used my sister as a model, and had her representing both good and bad.  I created the fire using Photoshop filters and techniques that allowed me to control the colors and shapes of the flames.  I really enjoyed working on this piece and I hope everyone likes it :)

Week #11

This is a piece I did in Illustrator using a photo I took at a car show in Baltimore.  I love this piece because I lover Ferraris! Also, I think the ribbons adds a nice organic flow against the angles of the car. 

Week #10

This is an image I took at my house this past weekend.  It stuck out to me because I think it represents Fall.  The colors are reserved, yet still very beautiful.  I also like the that I used limited depth of field.  THis photo is simple, but I love it. Enjoy!

Week #9

This is one of several versions of my "Text and Images" posters.  I used the song "Unwritten" by Natasha Bedingfield.  I tried to depict the rhythm of the song by using the curved shapes on the left of the composition, as well as the repeated circles.  I'm very excited for my final piece to be completed! Enjoy.
